Notice to Melrose and Melrose Estate Residents.
Following public consultation, the MRA has submitted to the Johannesburg Council its proposed revision of the District 4 and Area 2D component of the Rosebank Urban Development Framework, 2008.
The proposal, a copy of which can be found in the link below, is a response from the residents of the area to the current implementation processes being followed; in particular, the urgent need for a solution to the development and traffic issues arising from the high intensity land use rezonings in Area 2D.
We attach this information following the community consultative process and will advise you of any further developments.
